The MIVITEC GmbH Company is a member of the Chambers of Commerce in Munich and Regensburg. Since 2003, our company is an accredited apprenticeship and vocational training provider. We offer training schemes for informatics specialists and business support assistants specialising in IT systems and office management assistants. Furthermore, our company is a member of the “Bayme” Association.

Alex Mirsky - Mivitec GmbH CTO

Alex Mirsky

Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of the MIVITEC GmbH

Mr Mirsky has gained an extensive technical knowledge (degree in computer science from the Munich University). Since 2003, he has been an apprentice training instructor for informatics specialists and business support assistants specialising in IT systems, accredited by the Regensburg and Munich Chambers of Commerce. During his previous career, he had worked as UNIX developer in the IT department of the University Hospital and as Head of the IT Department of a biotechnology startup company. As a co-founder of the MIVITEC GmbH Company, Mr Mirsky is currently responsible for the technical operations management. Furthermore, as the company’s visionary mind, he decides on the technological strategy. Mr Mirsky holds regularly lectures at different universities and schools on Cloud Technology issues and he always gains praise for his contributions to conferences and panel discussions, for example on the occasion of the Datacenter Expert Summit, CEBIT, OpenCMS Days, Audiovisual Media Days or Web Developer Conference.

Henning Kassen

Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the MIVITEC GmbH

Mr Kassen joined the company in July 2016 and is responsible for finance, sales, human resources and business development. Mr Kassen had studied Business Administration at the Duisburg University (Dipl.-Kfm.) and holds an MBA from the Indiana University of Pennsylvania (USA). After his studies, he had worked as Head of Strategy and Business Development at the Versatel AG, Germany’s biggest fibre-optic based telecommunications operator, where he had been responsible for all corporate M&A activities, the strategic planning and the development of business projects within the group. He had started his professional career with the Arthur D. Little Business Consultancy Firm, where he had supported projects in the European TIME sector.

Moritz Volk

Director of Sales of the MIVITEC GmbH

Mr Volk is the Head of the Sales Department of the MIVITEC Company, which he joined in 2014. His major responsibilities are the management of sales and purchases, customer acquisition and support as well as the continuous optimisation of sales management processes. After having graduated from high-school and terminated an apprenticeship as bank assistant, Mr Volk started his sales career in the Special Sales Department of a Munich private banking institution. He had gained further work experience over ten years as Key Account Manager and Team Leader in self-employment and as employee of banking institutions, insurances, software developers and service providers.

Jürgen Hübsch - Mivitec GmbH CPIO

Jürgen Hübsch

Chief Process & Innovation Officer (CPIO) of the MIVITEC GmbH

Mr Hübsch has worked in our company since October 2015. He is responsible for the IT service management, the operations processes and procedures as well as the 1st and 2nd level support and assists the general management in strategic issues. Mr Hübsch had started his professional career with the armed forces before daring the jump into the then still fledgling IT sector. From 1987 to 1999, he had worked in the IT support and implementation of hardware and software, host-to-host communication and network technology. From the year 2000, Mr Hübsch had been employed for 12 years with the Microsoft GmbH (Munich) working in the Technical Account Management, Service Delivery Management und Operation Consulting (ITIL / MOF). From 2012 to 2015, he had been Head of the Customer Services of the MSG Services AG und later of the newly created Project and Programme Management Department. Mr Hübsch holds the “Manager Certificate in IT Service Management (ITIL V2)” and the “ITIL V3 Expert Certificate”.

Sharon Lutsch-Heim

Head of Administration of the MIVITEC GmbH

Mrs Lutsch-Heim has joined our company in 2010. She is responsible for the continuous improvement of the accounting, administrative and human resources processes, working in close collaboration with the general management. As a vocational training instructor, licensed by the Chamber of Commerce, she looks after apprentices and trainees in the business administration. After having graduated from high-school, she had undergone an apprenticeship as business support assistant. Afterwards she had studied business administration (dual programme) in Munich.

She had gained work experience as Executive Assistant and Public Relations Manager of a big group as well as in the Product Management Department of a well-known e-commerce provider. Before joining the MIVITEC GmbH Company, Sharon had worked as Head of Office in a Munich based insurance agency, one of biggest in Germany.
